Features

  • Motor kit contains the moto and motor drive, and connects to the high voltage bus.
  • Motor will be directly connected to the machine hydraulic pump.
  • Control of the motor will be handled by the ZQuip smart controller.
  • Motor will be cooled with the onboard thermal management components.
  • The machine hydraulics can remain unchanged or can be replaced with more energy efficent options depending on your application.

Integrated Smart Controller

Tech specifications

The ZQuip smart controller is essentially the brain that monitors what the energy modules are capable of and what their state of charge is. This then manages and then delivers that energy flow to the motor kit and other high voltage power consumers on the vehicle. Essentially the smart control system is a supervisory system for all the energy usage and motion that’s occurring on the vehicle.

Integrated Thermal Kit

Tech specifications

  • An active temperature control system to maintain battery module electronics
    and cabin pressures.
  • Enables charging in all climates.
  • Sealed kit with minimal maintenance.

Features

  • Thermal kit contains heating and cooling equipment approporiately sized (power) to maintain the appropriate temperature of all components (battery, motor, etc.) as well as the cabin.
  • Control of the thermal devices will be handled by ZQuip smart controller.
  • Batteries may need to be heated or be actively chilled depending on the environmental temperature. Ideally, batteries want to remain and operate in the 10C to 30C range to optimize preformance.

DC-AC Accessory

Provides a clean, quiet source of AC electric power for site needs.
Also allows for AC charging of standalone modules.
