- Dimensions: 1.2m x 0.8 m x 1.1 m
Features
- Integrated charge inlet – CCS (DC)
- HP versions are liquid cooled for optimum performance and extended runtimes
- Ambient temperature operating range: -30 to 45 °C
- Internal independent Smart Controller System:
- Reports battery status and health for seamless communication between all major components
- GPS location mapping
- High voltage safety circuits
- Lock out and tag out compliant
How it’s used
- On and off machine
- Two options: High Performance (NMC-based) vs Standard Performance (LFP-based)
- NMC provides higher power output and battery performance due to liquid cooling
- LFP will be the best solution for 80% of use cases
- Having a diverse product offering and pricing can be the key differentiator for your business.

The value of the battery module
- Choice: ZQuip provides customers with more options for energy use, allowing them to choose the most suitable and sustainable energy sources for their needs.
- ZQuip ensures that assets are used to their full potential, reducing idle time and increasing output. You can select the right battery for the right job/application.

Hybrid Module
Tech specifications
Model: ZQ25HYB
- Output Voltage: 700Vdc
- Max Power: 25 kW
- Diesel fuel capacity: 48 Liters
- Dimensions: 1.2m x 0.8m x 1.3m
Features
- Ambient temperature operating range: -20 to 45 °C
- Internal module independent Smart Controller System:
- Reports generator status (fuel level, coolant temp., oil pressure, etc.) and communicates with other ZQuip controllers to support battery charging
- GPS location mapping
- Compatible with standard ZQuip module docking system (mechanical, electrical & thermal)
- Local Display and Engine E-Stop button
- High voltage safety circuits
- Lock out and tag out compliant
How it’s used
- The hybrid module works in conjunction with a battery module. It supports machine operation directly and also charges the battery while the machine is in operation
- The hybrid module may be turned on and off by the machine operator, so the machine can be emission free when in a zero-emission zone.

The value of the hybrid module
- The hybrid module acts as a range extender, keeping battery power modules charged to maximize uptime and helps to extend your work day by keeping machines working as long as required.
- Choice: ZQuip provides consumers with more options for energy use, allowing them to choose the most suitable and sustainable energy sources for their needs on any given day.
