About Chris Lafleur
Managing Director
Chris Lafleur is Managing Director for the development of ZQuip, a startup within Moog Inc., a worldwide designer, manufacturer, and integrator of precision control components and systems.
Chris drives his business with a focus on solving end-user problems by taking an innovative, agile approach to finding solutions. Within this role, Chris is responsible for end-to-end management of business development, product development, sales activities, engineering, and support of ZQuip's growing business.
Before joining Moog Inc. in 2020, Chris found purpose working in startups, even founding his own. Chris earned his B.S. in Finance from SUNY at Buffalo, as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Engineering Manager
Rob Bauer is the Engineering Manager of ZQuip, a growth and innovation business within MOOG Inc. MOOG is a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture and integration of precision control components and systems.
Rob keeps his focus on understanding customer problems and building the staff that can tackle them. Within his role, Rob is responsible for an agile, diverse and energetic team of engineers and technicians that combine their talents to solve customer problems with innovative solutions.
Before his current position with ZQuip, Rob gained 26 years of experience with Moog Space and Defense in the manufacture, assembly, test and integration of components and subsystems for launch vehicles, spacecraft and missiles. For nearly a decade before joining Moog, Rob owned and operate a residential construction business. He has remained active in construction throughout his entire tenure at Moog and, to this day, always has an active construction project.

Holger ‘Hopi’ Pietzsch is an experienced leader in the construction industry, having held executive roles at Moog Construction, Hexagon / Leica Geosystems, and Caterpillar. He is passionate about driving the heavy construction industry towards a future that is zero emission, hyper connected, data-centric, and autonomous, with a focus on profitability, sustainability, and safety for contractors.
In addition to his role at Moog Construction, Hopi also serves as the Chairman of the Digital Taskforce for the Committee for European Construction Equipment, where he represents the interests of European equipment manufacturers. His main focus is on deploying and digitizing business models in the construction industry. This includes areas such as electrification, machine control, software and sensor technologies, aftermarket solutions, financial services, rental businesses, performance contracts, and smart goods and services.
Throughout his career, Hopi has led organizations, teams, and projects on a global scale, working closely with leading industrial sales and services businesses. His multilingual abilities in German, English, French, and Spanish allow him to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Hopi is also a sought-after keynote speaker and holds certifications and degrees from universities in the US and Europe, further demonstrating his expertise and commitment to professional development.
